CONCEPT to REALITY

The Dare Project is a build consisting of Basement, 2 Living Levels, Lift and Rear Pool.

The family wanted to reflect their travels, in particular significant time spent in high end China, throughout their home. In the concept images, you can see a 6+ tonne Granite Feature Rock which will be crafted into a water feature spanning over 2 levels.

Due to the topography of the block, this build will also consist of 7m bored and reinforced piers to reinforce this enormous structure.

To assist with their Tibetan interior design vision, the clients engaged an Interior Designer to bring their vision to life.

THE FINISHED PROJECT

To assist with their Tibetan interior design vision, the clients engaged an Interior Designer to bring their vision to life.

This allowed the clients to make selections as the project came to life, choosing fixtures, fittings and textiles as their vision and home came to life. Rather than simply engaging the designer for the duration of the project, the clients continued through to the decorating component of the project. This ensured their style continued all the way through to their furnishing choices and placement.
