The Drumcondra Project
A heritage restoration in the front living section of the home, and a large pitched ceiling extension to accommodate an open living and entertaining area, laundry and butlers pantry. This stunning extension has maximised the natural light, whilst creating a flexible entertaining and family space.
This project also consists of a custom natural stone clad fireplace in the living area, a range hood and full height stone splashback in the kitchen. Adding to the luxury from the polished concrete flooring and the drama created with the 30 degree pitched ceiling and skylights.
