WHO WE ARE
JCON Construction is a registered building company and member of the Master Builders Association.
We are a family owned and operated business, specialising in custom new builds, extensions and the renovation of existing homes in Geelong, the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.
JCON Construction director Josh grew up in the Wimmera, before moving to Geelong to pursue his career in the building and construction industry.
Josh completed a University degree – Bachelor of Management in 2006; shortly after, he began his construction career in the Architectural Cladding, Stainless Steel and Structural Steel Industry as a project manager and senior estimator. During his time, he worked with projects such as Myer Emporium and ANZ Headquarters Docklands. Following this role, Josh became a senior project manager for a Domestic and Commercial Joinery company, working on projects including RACV Torquay and the Carlton Baths.
In the following years, Josh gained his Carpentry Qualification, whilst working as a construction project manager and senior estimator working for a National Building company in Victoria and Interstate. Josh returned to Geelong to be with his young family, working for a Custom Builder as an Estimator, Project Manger and Carpenter on a variety of High End Projects in Geelong, Melbourne and surrounds.
JCON Construction began operating in 2017, working on Custom Building projects. Our JCON Construction team of tradesmen collectively have over 85 years experience between us, from high end modern construction all the way through to heritage restorations.
